Technical Specs

The QB36-1 is a full-size air rifle with a fixed barrel and underlever cocking. It shoots at 700fps in .177 caliber.

The chunky hardwood stock has a long 14.75-inch pull length that's ideal for those of us with longer arms. There's a ventilated, soft rubber buttpad with cream spacer. The QB36-1 is an average weight air rifle, but it is well balanced for shooting and is fitted with nice open sights. The rear sight has windage and elevation click adjustment, while the front sight is fitted with an interchangeable post insert.

Cocking the QB36-1 is easy, with surprisingly little effort required and the fixed barrel promotes accuracy. The gun is also not very sensitive to holding techniques - this makes ther QB36-1 an easy springer to shoot accurately.

The compact Leapers "Bugbuster" 6 x 32AO scope and Leapers Compact Integral Mount are ideal for use with the QB36-1. The design of the gun means that longer scopes tend to obscure the loading port - the 6 x 32AO scope avoids this potential issue. The QB36-1 has a scope stop to prevent "scope creep" while the front sight is very easy to remove to provide a clear field-of-view when using a scope.
