This kit
can make the QB78 more easily handled by taller shooters as,
once fitted, it gives a longer pull distance (from buttplate
to trigger) of 14.75 inches - an increase of 1 inch. Comprises
a hard rubber buttstock extension, fixing screws and comprehensive
instructions. Low priced but works well and looks fine to most
folk.
IMPORTANT
NOTE: Due to the hand-finished nature of factory
QB78 wood, every buttstock has a slightly different profile.
This means that the Archer Airguns Buttstock Extension Kit
will NOT be an exact, perfect fit to the wood. (Neither is
the factory buttplate!). The hard rubber extension can be
carefully filed to achieve a better matching profile if you
wish. Please do not order if you cannot accept this limitation
as Archer Airguns will not accept returns for poor matching
to the existing buttstock.
