Description Technical Specs   NOW ALSO AVAILABLE IN .22 CALIBER! Superb looks and style... This is a QB79 with QB78 Deluxe-style "gold" trigger blade and bolt handle. It also uses an AR2079A "target" barrel with the front sight assembly removed and a factory muzzle weight fitted. This gives a custom, "scope only" air rifle with no screw holes in the top of the barrel. Available in .177 caliber only. The average number of “good” shots with different types of tank are: 2.5-ounce Daisy Avanti tank about 150 (re-fillable) 88g AirSource tank (adapter required) about 220 (single use) 3.5-ounce paintball tank about 240 (re-fillable) 9-ounce paintball tank about 630 (re-fillable) PLEASE READ. The QB79 works with paintball tanks having a maximum outside diameter of 2.000 inches. 9-oz and 3.5-oz tanks are normally 2-inches in nominal diameter, but can actually be larger in actual diameter - particularly if they are of alloy construction. If the tank is larger than 2.000 inches in outside diameter, it may not fit the gun. To prevent problems, please either measure the paintball tank precisely or use 88g AirSource tanks with the AirSource/Paintball Adapter available on the QB78 Accessories page of this site. Most 9-oz paintball tanks of current manufacture seem to be of 2.100 inches diameter and will not fit.   Testimonials
