5 of 5 Trigger modification February 9, 2016
Reviewer: South Jersey Jim from Williamstown, NJ United States
Got the mod kit in two days....installation not a problem, but be careful with the small ball and spring on the trigger safety bar....easy to pop out of place and a bear to get back in.   Makes my 2240 a really great shooting pistol....thanks Archer!

The best trigger job you can get for the money. Installation was a snap. So easy, a Caveman can do it!  Great job Stephen.
Fast and very friendly service.
I'll be back...........Stubby

5 of 5 Works great but may need a little tweaking August 20, 2014
Reviewer: Jim from Houston
I installed this on a 1322. During the checkout of the upgrade I found that the bolt would not latch back consistently. As another reviewer mentioned, it is the washers. They are too thick to use one on each side of the sear. I wanted to use both, so I shaved a few millimeters off of thickness of each washer going from 62mm down to 57mm. The bolt latches back consistently now and the trigger pull is 2-1/2 pounds. Great mod!

5 of 5 Excellent for older Crosman 22xx pistols August 19, 2014
Reviewer: Brad from Ohio
Greetings-  we own four (4) Crosman 22xx pistols.  Two of them have the older 2 screw trigger frame/trigger set-up and the other two have the new version.

We ordered these sears to correct the heavy tigger pull of the older, 2 screw, set up.  Installed, our trigger pull on both of these pistols has been reduced to 3 lbs.  Also, there is no creep or grittiness. These sears do not provide a 2 stage trigger, though.  What one ends up with is called a roll trigger.  Very smooth.  Easy to learn, but a roll trigger.   Interestingly, the trigger on the two older pistols is now very similar to that of the newer ones with the three screw set-up.

5 of 5 Great mod!! September 30, 2013
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from WI
This was one of the first modifications I ordered for my new Crosman PC77 and it made a huge improvement with the trigger feel, along helping eliminate all the side to side trigger slop. However, I did have some issues with cocking after installing the washers to shim the new sear. And I ended up needing to remove them to eliminate the inconsistent latching of the hammer.

5 of 5 The "SuperSear" April 7, 2013
Reviewer: Kevin Cuyler from Montgomery, IL United States
The "SuperSear" is the best and simplest mod one can do to make a great improvement on the trigger pull for the 2240. Thanks for creating it Steve.
