How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Archer Airguns. For this reason, we try to describe and depict our products as accurately as possible on this website - and in considerable detail. But if you are not happy with your purchase, Archer Airguns will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  1. If an ERROR is made - e-mail Sales@ArcherAirguns.com immediately showing a photo of "wrong product" and including the Order Number for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide an explanation for the return. No returns will be accepted without a previously-issued Archer Airguns RMA number.
  2. DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING TO ARCHER AIRGUNS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AND RETURN ADDRESS.
  3. If your product is defective, it will be treated as a warranty claim and handled as described in the “Warranty” section, below.
  4. If you wish to return the product for any other reason, it will be accepted ONLY if it is unused, in good condition and in the same "NEW" condition as you received it with all the factory packaging, documentation, invoice etc. If you have written on the box or documentation - for example - this immediately makes the product not “new” and it cannot be returned.
  5. You will need to re-pack any returns thoroughly to prevent damage in transit and pre-pay shipping to ZIP 14450. No Refund are made for return shipping costs.
  6. Any returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price, with a minimum of $20.00.
  7. Refunds - less the re-stocking fee - will be made within 2 weeks of inspecting the returned product.
  8. Cancellation of order - processing fee of $20 is taken of any refund.
